Brad Winderbaum

Brad Winderbaum is an American producer and the Head of Marvel Television Animation Comics Franchise at Marvel Studios He was formerly a VP of Production Development at the company Winderbaum joined Marvel Studios during the production of the companys first feature Iron Man as an assistant to Louis DEsposito He played a role in developing the studios immersive marketing contributing to the creation of behindthescenes documentaries and interactive campaigns for films such as Iron Man 2 2010 Thor 2011 Captain America The First Avenger 2011 and The Avengers 2012 In his current role Winderbaum has been a driving force behind Marvel Studios expansion into television and animation He has overseen the development and production every TV series and special since What If 2021 Under his leadership Marvel Studios introduced a new subbanner of its Marvel Television banner called Marvel Spotlight which is meant for select series that explore more grounded characterdriven stories and have little to no impact on the larger MCU narrative
