Štěpán Havlín has experience in the film industry both behind and in front of the camera He appeared for example in a guest role in the series Doktorka Kellerová and in Václav Marhouls film The Painted Bird His intense interest in film began in elementary school where he started working on a longterm timelapse documentary about an extraordinary homeless man in Nymburk later released under the title Sweet Home For this film he received an award at the Pražský filmový kufr festival From 2020 to 2024 he studied Film and Television Production at the Secondary School of Communication Technology in Prague He completed his studies with a documentary film titled Code Z33 which explores the topic of abortion and its perception in society Together with Vojtěch Kemeny he founded the creative group Memoria artis in 2024 focusing on the production of feature and documentary films
