Neeraja Kona is an Indian costume designer stylist film director and screenwriter who works in Telugu and Tamil cinema She began her career in film fashion and styling in the early 2010s earning credits as a costume designer on mainstream features such as the action thriller Yevadu 2014 and the romantic drama Oka Laila Kosam 2014 Kona subsequently worked across highprofile productions in both industries designing costumes for the action thriller Theeran Adhigaaram Ondru 2017 the action drama Mersal 2017 the political drama NGK 2019 and the action thriller Krack 2021 Her design portfolio also includes the period drama Shyam Singha Roy 2021 Waltair Veerayya 2023 and the science fiction comedy Ayalaan 2024 alongside streaming series such as Kumari Srimathi 2023 In 2025 she made her feature directorial and screenwriting debut with the romantic drama Telusu Kada while continuing costume design work on Kingdom 2025
