Dr Mehmet Salih Bayraktutan is a faculty member at Igdir Universitys Geotechnical Engineering Department in Igdir Turkey He formerly worked on geotechnical projects with industrial oilenergy firms and was a faculty member at Erzurum University where he had cognizance over geological studies in areas of Eastern Anatolia including the Durupinar Site thought to be the landing location for the Ark of Noah
