Chef Phillip Frankland Lee born 1992 knew from an early age that he wanted to be a chef The grandson of comedian Phil Silvers for whom Chef Lee is named began his career as a dishwasher at 18 and quickly rose from the ranks working under some of the best chefs in the country He became a Sous Chef at 21 an Executive Chef at 24 and a chef and owner at 25 when he opened his first solo restaurant His Pasta Bar restaurant in Encino California received a Michelin star in 2021
